RESOURCES &TOOLS
Here are some free resources and tools I would like to share with you. I use most of them because of their quality, sustainability and simplicity.

Online Cooking Lessons
Kids Cook Real Food Course – A great resource for family cooking is the Kids Cook Real Food course . It teaches basic to advanced cooking techniques for making nutritious meals with an easy-to-learn method.
Water Filter
Big Berkey Filters – Once you own one, you wonder how you ever did without it. They are very simple to use and maintain, the water tastes great and once you have covered the investment of the filter (typically it takes a year) the cost is a fraction of what you pay for bottled water. Not to mention how much less toxic this method is.
Essential Oils
My trusted brand is doTERRA but if you prefer to buy essentials oils without a wholesale account (though there is no obligation to buy once you opened the account) I also recommend Mountain Rose Herbs.
Skincare
Annmarie Skin Care – If you are looking for toxic-free skincare products, Annmarie Skin Care provide the purest, most natural, wildcrafted and organic skin care, all natural makeup, and natural and organic essential oils.
Cosmetics
Cow Girl Dirt – These are nice, clean, pure, cruelty-free cosmetics. I love the fun color choices and the fact that you can buy tiny samples to try them out before you purchase a bigger size of any product. Can’t go wrong with this one.
Online Food
Thrive Market – If you ever considered ordering your healthy food items online, this is the place to get a wide selection of organic and chemical free products at wholesale prices.
